We can hear humming in the not too distant future the engine that is Spoleto. Come May 22nd, Charleston will be overrun with art, performances, media coverage and tourists. For some, the festival is a nuisance; for others it is the best time of year. Whichever way you lean, Spoleto causes a splash, so it’s best to know what’s playing, when and where, as well as where friends and family can stay should they decide to visit our fair city.

We made this video with friends (shout out to Heilig Multimedia!). It’s about a restaurant here in Charleston — Carolina’s — and features some great footage of chef Jeremiah Bacon preparing one of his signature dishes: the pan roasted grouper.
